Scientific and humanist culture in astronomy

Par Marie Musset et Charles-Henri Eyraud — Dernière modification 27/04/2017 15:17
The study visit (22-28 May 2011) will give participants the opportunity to discover the resources and research projects of the ACCESS team and the French-language and litterature team (F2L) of the INRP. Participants will also discover the implications of astronomy in schools, clubs, scientific workshops and astronomy in primary and secondary schools.

Participants will also discover how astronomy is linked to a multifield approach binding sciences, as well as history, geography, arts and philosophy. A visit to the astronomical clock of Lyon dating back to the Middle Ages will be organised.
